A few years ago, the restaurant underwent a complete makeover, resulting in a more modern yet cozy and warm atmosphere. From almost every seat in the restaurant, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the historic market square.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at de la Bourse. Guests who are not staying with us are also warmly welcome to join for breakfast.

We offer a menu that caters to a wide audience.

Visitors from the region, business travelers, day-trippers, and tourists all find their way to de la Bourse, and we welcome them daily.

Our extensive lunch and dinner menus feature delicious dishes, including our popular “Tafeltje vol” — small plates perfect for sharing — making a visit well worth your while.

For groups of 15 or more, we offer a thoughtfully balanced set menu!

We also accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-friendly dishes.

Additionally, you can enjoy tasty snacks along with a nice glass of wine or (craft) beer.
